Machine Operation:  

This equipment is easy to operate, touch screen control, no need professional to operate. It has the function of automatic replenishment of missing sheets and double-sheet stop function.

Machine Maintenance:  

Simple equipment maintenance, mainly for mechanical parts, sliders, guide shafts. Regularly check whether the screws and nuts are loose. Clean them and rub oil.(5 minutes a day for maintenance)

Circuit part: PLC control, touch screen panel, named brand motor, inverter, circuit board solenoid valve, sensor.

2. The paper feed end is equipped with 2 emergency stop switches, which are reasonably mounted at the front end of the paper feed.
3. Equipped with 80 cubic dry rotary vane vacuum compound silent air pump to ensure sufficient blowing volume.
4. There are 6-8 synchronous belts in the transmission part.(The main motor power to be determined)
5. The end delivery part is Pneumatic lifting collection, buyer need to have an air compressor or a centralized air supply.
6. Machine works with 350gsm flat paper.
7. Machine max.speed:1200sets/hour. So 12 stations collator max.speed is about 14400copies/hour

Paper feeder requirement:  

1. Each station is equipped with 4 blowing nozzles and 4 paper separators
2. Each station is equipped with 1 set of Japanese ultrasonic double sheet detector for function of double sheet, missing sheet and counting.
3. Each feeder head is mounted with 3-6 suction nozzles.
4. The paper separators are made of aluminum and fixed on both sides.
5. The paper feeding lift table is equipped with compression bearing to ensure stable feeding, no shaking.

Program functional requirements:

1. After the collation reaches the set number, the machine will stop for few seconds, so that the operator can collect the paper.
2. At the beginning and end of collation, there is paper circulation program. To ensure that a complete set of paper is delivered from the delivery end, and it’s convenient to clean up the paper on the conveying belts.
3. There is a counting function in the program, which is convenient for counting the workload of a day.
4. Remote control
